What is a 3PL logistics provider?
A 3PL (third-party logistics) company stores, picks, packs and ships goods on behalf of other businesses. You sell; we hold the stock, prepare the orders and hand them to the carrier.
How much does fulfillment cost for an online store?
You pay per use: a fee per order prepared (pick and pack), a monthly fee for the space your stock occupies and the shipping cost at our negotiated rate. No setup fee, no minimum term. We give you a fixed price within 24 hours based on your daily orders.
Is there a minimum number of pallets or orders?
No. We work with stores shipping five orders a day and with manufacturers moving hundreds of pallets a month. Pricing follows your real volume.
How do my orders reach you?
You send us the day's orders through whichever channel is easiest: a store export, a file or an email. We prepare them and send you the tracking number to share with your customer.
How fast does an order ship?
Orders received before 14:00 ship the same working day. Delivery in 24-48 h across mainland Spain with the main carriers, and standard EU transit times beyond.
How do you handle returns?
We receive the parcel, check the product condition, put it back into stock when appropriate and notify you so you can process the refund.
Where is the warehouse and how do I get there?
In Sant Feliu de Codines, Vallès Oriental. Ten minutes from the C-17, twenty from the AP-7 and about 35 minutes from Barcelona city. Articulated trucks drive straight to the docks.
Can I visit the facilities?
